Stretching for Excellence is for everybody.
This class is designed to help you breathe, meditate, and stretch. Classes focus on stretching that is appropriate for every BODY, regardless of size, shape, physical condition or age.
The stretching done in class is gentle, specific and focused. All stretches are controlled and self-monitored with the focus on active stretching to help heal troubled muscle areas and provide numerous other health benefits. The class is non-competitive, with the encouragement to do only what your body wants to do at the particular moment.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
